Government furnished material will be provided for the Athletic Jackets. All garments shall be manufactured in accordance with USAF Academy specifications. Estimated annual quantities are: athletic jackets, men and women -- 2100 each; parkas, men and women -- 1050 each. Firm fixed price requirements contract with three option years. A First Article for each garment will be required. Inspections during the manufacturing and packaging process will be performed, at the contractor's place of manufacture, by the cognizant Defense Contract Administration Service (DCAS) Region. Final acceptance will be at the USAF Academy. Delivery will be FOB Destination, USAF Academy CO 80840 not later than 15 April of each year beginning in 1998.
