Greene (210) 221-5366 (Site Code DADA10) Work shall include but is not limited to furnishing all plant, labor, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to renovate the basement of building 4011, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The intent of the project is to renovate a portion of the west end of the basement in order to accommodate the garrison photolab and photo processing operations. The work entails constructing a new partition, suspended acoustical ceilings, applying new resinous terrazzo flooring and painted epoxy flooring, sealing the existing concrete and CMU walls, including penetrations through existing walls and partitions, new doors and hardware, and general painting. The scope of work also includes mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. There will be limited demolition of various mechanical and electrical components. Estimated date for issuance of solicitation is 15 AUG 97. Performance period is 75 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Bonding is required. Project is estimated between $100,000.00 to $200,000.00. Solicitation request must be in writing. Each solicitation package will cost $20.00 in the form of a cashier's check or money order, made payable to U.S. Treasury. This fee is non refundable.
