This project involves all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation to perform the Repairs to Building 1427, Hanscom AFB, MA. The principle items of work include, but are not limited to upgrading the existing HVAC and electrical systems, installing new finishes, installing a fire suppression system, replacement of all hydronic piping, and the construction of a new handicap-accessible ramp. The performance period for all CLINs will be 210 calendar days. The contract shall be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The magnitude of construction is $500,000 and $1,000,000.
