Z -- REPLACE/REPAIR ROOFS SOL IFB: 620-15-97 DUE 090997 POC Renate Rainboth, (914) 737-4400, Ext. 2468 Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, payment of all fees, and supervision necessary to complete Project No. 533-97-116, Replace/Repair Roofs, Buildings 1-6, 44, 45, 46 and 48, at VAMC Castle Point, NY. WOrk will include but is not limited to: removal of old roofing materials and decking, replacement where indicated, reinstall new roofing as shown on drawings and asbestos abatement where required by contract documents. All work shall be in accordance with project drawings, specifications, national, local and applicable codes as per requirements of all governing agencies. Construction cost range is between $150,000 and $250,000. A limited number of bid packages will be available on or about 7/30/97 and will be issued on a first come first serve basis until supply is exhausted. Mandatory contract completion time is 150 calendar days. BOD is 9/9/97 @ 2:30 PM local time. Requests for bid documents must be in writing on company letterhead to the Contracting Officer, address above. No telephone or fax requests will be honored.
