Work includes demolition of existing kitchens and dining room floors; provide and install new prefabricated wall and base cabinets, stainless steel sinks, dishwashers, ranges, hoods, refrigerators, lighting fixtures, formica countertops, vinyl sheet flooring and base, plumbing fixtures, misc electrical wiring for new dishwashers, pantry doors, and painting; and reinstall existing garbage disposals. All work to be completed within 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The construction range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation and the resulting contract awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656).
