By this action, the U.S. Army plans to incorporate an engineering change, ECP 1199R1C1 for design of EETF air conditioner covers and seals to accommodate two (2) different national stock number air conditioning units. This effort will be a modification to a current contract that was awarded to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems, 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797.
