Work is to include 1. Remove/Repair or Replace brick sidewalks including gravel and sand base in Main Gate Island and remove metal post in island, and Remove/Repair or Replace brick sidewalk including gravel and sand base in walkway surrounding building 1. 2. Caulk (1/4 inch or wider) cracks and Seal (1/4 inch or smaller) cracks in all asphalt parking and roadways areas. 3. Remove/Replace raised sidewalks (3/4 inch or higher) with gravel, sand base, and reinforced wire mesh on agency campus areas. 4. Remove/Replace/Repair exposed aggregate sidewalks with gravel, sand base and reinforced wire mesh in front of Building 36. 5. Install/apply expansion caulk to all sidewalk areas on agency campus areas. 7. Remove/Replace/Repair curbs (1/4 inch cracks or wider) and installexpansion caulk, on agency campus areas at 3200 South Second Street. The work shall be performed by an General contractor who has 5 years experience in concrete/asphalt repair and installation. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 90 days. The contractor shall be required to perform a certain amount of work on premium time to eliminate disruption of Government services. The approximate cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, which is east of Broadway and south of Arsenal Street in south City of St. Louis. This is a Request for Quote using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is 100% set aside for small business. SIC is 1771. There will be no public bid opening.
