Provide applicable Service Bulletins and Spare Parts Bulletins for the ATF3-6-4C and other engine related components on an "as-needed" basis. OEM produced Service Bulletins shall be issued by the inspection instructions, or other necessary maintenance and repair data. OEM produced Sparte Parts Bulletins shall be issued by the Contractor to authorize and negotiate only with Allied-Signal Inc. under authority of FAR 6.302-1. A market survey was conducted by the Coast Guard prior to issuance of this synopsis and the results of this survey support our determination to solicit and negotiate with only one firm. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it provide the proprietary specifications for this item.
