The Federal Bureau of Prisons is requesting non-personal services for a Testing Administrator. The solicitation packages will be available on July 25, 1997 with an anticipated bid opening on or about August 28, 1997. The successful bidder will be responsible for all education testing. The incumbent would also be responsible for correcting and scoring of the ABLE/CTBS, PreGed, and CASAS exams. Will also be responsible for the inspection, supervision and preparation of the official GED exam and the NOCTI exam. The incumbent would be required to have an Associate degree in any field or high school diploma with one year experience in a related field. The resulting contract will be a one year contract, starting October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998. Additionally, the successful bidder will be required to pass a background investigation.
