The value of the work is estimated to be between $2.2M and $2.4M. Description of the work: Construct a U.S. Postal Customer Service Facility of approximately 21,500 sq. ft and enclosed carrier garage of approximately 16,000 sq. ft. Steel frame and CMU bearing walls, steel stud/brick/metal panel exterior, EPDM roofing, steel stud/gypsum board interiors, ceramic tile, carpet, vct flooring, lay-in tile ceilings, dock equipment, R/T HVAC.
