The work includes all labor, material, equipment, supervision and management necessary for removing and disposing of existing carpet, pad, wall base, clean and prep floor surface, providing and installing new carpet, padding, wall base at various locations on the Naval Air Station. Family Housing area is excluded from this contract. This is an Indefinite Quantity type contract. The term of the contract will be for a 12 month basic year with two (2) twelve month option period years to be executed at the Government's option. The minimum guaranteed amount for the base year is $26,000.00 and $26,000.00 for each option year. The Davis Bacon wage rate will not be adjusted in the option years.
