Work shall consist of stabilizing approximately 500 feet of existing channel to minimize soil erosion by means of installing gabions and placing riprap on the Department of Energy's Savannah River Site (SRS) near Aiken, SC. The work shall include the following: hauling and placing of borrow material to grades shown on the plans; installation of gabions; placing riprap; installation of geotextile fabric; seeding; placing erosion control blanket; and installation of silt fence. SRS is a restricted access Government facility and all persons entering SRS must be U.S. citizens. (0197)
