most exterior windows of the main laboratory building with energy
efficient thermal windows at the USEPA, Laboratory located in Duluth,
Minnesota. The work requires the removal of existing wood frame windows
and installation of new low-E argon filled high efficient windows. The
estimated range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All
