Included are design services, construction materials and labor required to construct a new cross dock facility of approximately 28,000 square feet, along with associated site improvements and modifications to the existing facility, as described in the solicitation documents. Technical submittals will require evidence of (1) Experience; (2) Management Plan; (3) Financial Capability; and (4) Organization. Plans will be available July 21, 1997. Offers due August 27, 1997. Performance time is 364 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range is between $3,200,000 and $3,800,000.
