Work also includes, but is not limited to, replacing existing expansion tank with bladder type expansion tank, water makeup/backflow preventer, boiler controls and safety controls; extending chilled water piping to packaged chiller from mechanical room, and provide new electrical disconnect and over-current protection at chiller; provide two hours of training for field personnel on the operation and maintenance of the boiler and chiller units.
