This item has been identified as have a potential for significant quantity fluctuation due to the Army's changing supply demands. As such, an Incremental quantity program solicitaion will be issued utilizing incremental program provisions to reflect a minimum quantity of 4 each, known quantity of 10 each, and a maximum quantity of 14 each. In addition, this requirement will have option quantities for the base year ranging from 5 each to 10 each, and four out years ranging from 5 each to 15 each respectively.
