The United States Military Academy requires Maintenance and Repairs of Detached Garages in the Lee Family Housing Area, at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY. Work to include removal/replacement of existing Slate Roofs, repair/repoint of exterior Masonry brickwork, removal/replacement of damaged brickwork, removal/replacement of leader & gutters, priming & painting, to include stripping of items containing Lead Paint, removal/replacement of deteriorated wood sheathing, fascia, trim and soffits, interior/exterior finishing work. Lead Paint Abatement procedures shall be required. The value of this Solicitation is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000.
