An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract will be awarded. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1521. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17 million average revenue for the previous three years. This project consists of the complete renovation of kitchens in various residential family housing areas located at Fort Eustis, VA, with the exact locations and quantities yet to be determined. Work will be done in both occupied and vacant units. The work will involve the demolition and installation of wallboard, painting, cabinets, electrical circuits, fixtures, plumbing, vinyl flooring, windows, interior and exterior trim, and kitchen appliances. The estimated cost range for the base year will be between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated cost range for the two option years will be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. However, the statutory cost for the renovation of any one (1) kitchen shall not exceed $15,000. The expected issue date of the solicitation is 8 August 1997.
