Riley, KS. Replace existing 400Hz transceivers and install METASYS control and monitoring for all Domestic Water Control Systems and Family Housing and OMA Sanitary Lift Stations, Industrial Lift Stations. Construct new underground and overhead communications Fiber Optic FO cable; two (2) Weather Stations; three (3) Master Station Transceivers at Buildings 364, 2670 and 5002, Ft. Riley, KS; and software upgrade for new and existing METASYS computer systems. Proposed contract will be a Firm Fixed Price type, with a Base Item and 18 Option Items. Sealed Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 29 July 97 and will open on or about 29 Aug97. This procurement is unrestricted. The estimated cost is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1731 and the Small Business Size Standard in $7.0 Mil annual receipts.
