Work includes construction of reinforced concrete infill at some window openings in exterior walls; removal of some existing doors, suspended acoustical ceilings, and windows and installation of new doors, and windows; removal and replacement of existing roofing and flashing; addition of new steel and epoxy adhesive anchor bolt connections between existing precast concrete roof panels.
