The United States Information Agency (USIA) International Bureau of Broadcasting (IBB) has a requirement to replace exterior metal doors on various out buildings at its Voice of America (VOA) Greenville Relay Station (GRS) Site A and Site B. The Contractor shall be required to remove and dispose of old doors, clean and prepare door openings, and install new door frames bucks, saddles, doors, and hardware. The period of performance is one (1) month from Notice To Proceed (NTP). GRS is an active high frequency transmission site and work shall be performed without interfering with its broadcast schedule. Facilities will be made available for Contractor pre-bid site visits, and these dates will be identified in the upcoming RFQ via RFQ. The RFQ will be available 15 days from the date of this notice. Construction cost is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. Written requests for copies of the RFQ should be addressed to the POC noted above.
