Construction is to be completed within 70 calendar days following Contractor's receipt of Notice to Proceed. Work will include all construction per drawings and specifications which will be included with the IFB. Any contract resulting from the invitation for bids will be a firm fixed price contract. Requests for copies of the invitation for bids must be made in writing to the above address and accompanied by a $50.00 nonrefundable fee in the form of a check or money order indicating the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as the payee and annotated with the IFB number (662-81-97). Requests not accompanied by the fee will not be acknowledged. Invitations will be available on or about June 2, 1997. Bids will be due on about August 5, 1997.
