The National Institute of Standards and Technology has a requirement for the painting of the interior building corridor, intercommunicating flush steel door leafs, metal corridor walls and floor base, the removal of existing wall covering, and the replacement of new wall covering for floors two through eleven of the Administration Building at NIST, Gaithersburg, Maryland. NIST also has a requirement for Polomyx faux finishing and conventional painting of the entrance vestibule walls, the interior building metal wall panels, the door leafs, and the floor base within NIST Building 224 at the Gaithersburg, Maryland campus. The contractor shall complete all work no later than September 30, 1997. NIST shall supply all paint, clean-up solvent, and wallpaper. Some work shall be performed out of normal NIST working hours. Solicitation packages shall be available on July 17, 1997 after 12:00Noon. Please fax in all requests for solicitation packages, or come to NIST Building 301, Room B117 to pick up a copy of the package. A SITE VISIT SHALL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, JULY 22, 1997 AT 8:30 AM. All site visit attendees should report to NIST Administration Building 101, Lecture Room E (Basement) on July 22. The required services shall be procured using simplified, commercial aquisition procedures. This acquisition is a small business set-aside, and is subject to the Service Contract Act.
