Project No. 93N34, Leupp Boarding School Facilities Improvement & Repair Project consists of upgrading the entire fire alarm system for the campus, renovate toilet rooms and shower areas in buildings #68, 69, 71, 80 and 81. Renovate site for various handicap considerations. Replace all existing water lines -- site and buildings #68, 69, 71, 80 and 81. Bonafide bidders may obtain copies of the bid documents by tendering at the architect's office one hundred dollars ($100.00)in advance, refundable. DOCUMENT REQUEST BY WILL WILL BE ACCEPTED NO LATER THAN 7 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO THE BID OPENING DATE. Certified check, cashier's check, or money order should be made payable to Holleyman Associates (no cash will be accepted), and must accompany request for bid documents.
