Q -- SOURCES SOUGHT FOR MUTUAL USE (SHARING AGREEMENT) OF CLINICAL SPACE DUE 080197 POC Karen Butts, Contract Specialist, 304/263-0811, ext. 3222 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV is currently seeking to identify sources for Mutual Use (Sharing Agreement) of Clinical Space to provide outpatient services to eligible veterans in Hagerstown, MD. Location of clinic space must be easily accessible using public or private transportation and should be no more than three (3) miles from a major interstate. Clinical space must include: exam rooms, administrative offices, bathrooms, waiting rooms, reception area and medical record storage. Estimated size of space is 10,000 square feet. VA intends to share clinical and laundry services in exchange for use of clinic space. Space must meet all ADA requirements.
