Equipment list includes (28) passenger elevators, (2) freight elevators, (2) dumbwaiters, (2) service elevators and (3) lifts of various manufacturer, located at the FDR VA Hospital, Montrose, NY. A limited number of bid packages will available on or about 7/30/97 and will be issued on a first come first serve basis until supply is exhausted. Response date is on August 29, 1997 at 4:30 PM. Request for solicitation documents must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. The term of the contract will be 10/1/97 through 9/30/98 with (2) one year options to extend.
