Michael Dodd, Code SEA02522, (703)602-7900 ext 568 The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue orders on multiple e occasions under a new Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-97-G-5245 with Sperry Marine, Inc., 1070 Seminole Trail, Charlottesville, VA 22901. Orders will be issued for repair effort (including emergency repairs), repair parts, alteration, overhaul, refurbishment and maintenance of the AN/BPS-16(V) Radar. Orders shall include all necessary material and services incidental to such effort, and any necessary packing, packaging and marking. When needed NAVSEA will issue orders for opening and inspecting equipment to determine the extent of repair, alteration, or overhaul work. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Sperry Marine is the sole producer of the AN/BPS-16(V) Radar, and possess the unique experience and knowledge to perform work that is required by the Government. See Numbered Note(s): 22. (0197)
