Service to be provided to federal agencies include delivery and installation of telecommunications equipment, services and support for day-to-day telecommunications needs. The resultant contract will cover the states of Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. This solicitation is a total Small Business set-aside. The solicitation includes but is not limited to providing new telephones, Private Branch Exchanges (PBX), up to 500 lines, Digital Electronic Key Systems (DKTS), Conferencing, Voice Messaging, fiber optics cabling, ISDN equipment, installation, maintenance and special services. The resulting contract will be a non-mandatory, IDIQ, Requirements contract, consisting of a one year base period with four one year options. You must submit your notice of intention to receive POTS procurement announcements and status via e-mail from GSA.
