This is a modification to make the following changes to CBD Issue of June 24, 1997 PSA#1873: please delete this paragraph in its entirety: "Award of the seed project in addition to pricing will also be based on technical evaluation factors such as experience, past performance, technical approach, etc" and replace it with: "Award of the seed project in additon to pricing will also be based on meeting the minimum experience requirements of the solicitation". The maximum value of this contract will be $30 million in lieu of $15 million. A Bid Guarantee in the amount of 20% of 10,000,000.00 in lieu of $5,000,000.00.
