Furnish all labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to construct a new 153 car asphalt parking lot for Building 8000 located at Waterways Experiment Station, Vicksburg, MS. The work includes, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing and leveling of site, installation of drainage structures, and providing of area lighting area. Estimated cost of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The Government intends to release Solicitation No. DACW39-97-B-0012 on or about July 30, 1997 on the INTERNET. The solicitation will open on or about August 29, 1997. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered for award. The solicitation will NOT be provided in hard copy.
