New building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. New hydraulic elevator. New exterior improvements including windows, masonry, roof, gutters, and entrances. Site improvements including utilities, paving, walkways, and lighting. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1542. The small business size standard is $17.0 mil. Performance period is 280 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
