equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to accomplish watershed
restoration on 0.80 miles of the M-Line road and associated hillslopes
in Redwood National Park, Humboldt County, California. Work involves
excavation of 70,000 cubic yards of road fill, and 5,000 cubic yards
skid road crossings, for the purposes of watershed and ecosystem
restoration. Natural landforms are to be restored and buried topsoil
and stream channels uncovered. Work is broken down into Base Bid
Schedule and ONE Additive Bid Schedule. Estimated price range is
between $100,000 and $250,000. Project duration is 45 calendar days.
Work is to begin in Mid-September and is to be completed this fall,
before the onset of winter rains. A limited number of solicitation
packages will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. There
will be no charge for the solicitation package, however only one copy
will be furnished to each requesting party. Planholders list will not
