The project requires the demolition of 86 existing 2 story dwelling units. The magnitude for this project, including option is between $5 million and $10 million. Bids will be solicited on a firm-fixed price lump sum basis. This requirement will be unrestricted. Bid performance and payment bonds will be required. SIC Code assigned to the acquisition is 1521 and annual size standard is $17M. Requests must include Business Size Status (i.e., Small, Large). Tentative Issue Date of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) is 31 Jul 97. Offerors will have 35 days from the IFB release date to submit their bids. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit will be held at Bolling AFB approximately 14 days after the release of the IFB.
