Request for Quotation 1443RQ712097003: This contract consists of furnishing and delivering a prefabricated steel bridge fully engineered to meet the specifications and designed to require a minimum of field handling or assembly. The site for the bridge is remote, requiring precise preplanning and not allowing for acquisition of special tools or equipment. The sub-assemblies delivered must be prefabricated to allow quick assembly and placement by an inexperienced crew of personnel, one supervisor, a small front end loader, and a 10-15 ton crane. The span of the bridge will not be less than 98 feet nor more that 120 feet overall, the concentrated load will be 8000 pounds at any point in the span.
