The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment for the removal of existing walls, furnishings, finishes and the construction of the toilet room, locker room, shower, drying area and sauna. Plumbing fixtures, finishes, lockers, benches and accessories shall be provided. A new independent, roof mounted HVAC unit will be installed to serve the space and new lighting will be provided. New electrical power, public address and alarm systems will be installed and the fire suppression system will be modified. Estimated price range: Between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
