This work will consist of but not limited to removal of six 50,000-gallon UST's and the replacement with two 150,000-gallon AST's at the COSCOM heat plant. Both sites will be constructed within diked containment areas. The new AST's shall tie in to the existing boiler fuel system. The new AST's must meet all current State and Federal regulations. Each AST shall include one light for general area lighting. AST exterior shall be painted to applicable Army standards. Both sites shall be fenced. The estimated cost range of project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" (Public Law 100-656).
