Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Latina Publications, LLC, 1500 Broadway, Suite 600, New York, NY, to place four (4) full page, four-color, advertisements in the Latina Magazine. Advertisements will bring focus on job opportunities for uniformed officer and agent positions. Solicitation package is not available. Interested firms must submit capability statements and pricing information. Only written responses will be accepted and must be received within 10 calendar days of the date of this notice. This is a notice of intent to sole source and is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement, on a full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
