DESC: LINE ITEM 0001: Flight Simulator System, Quantity: 2 Unit of Issue: EA. Flight simulator will come with the following items: Fuselage patterned after a fighter cockpit, dark colored windscreen, multi-colored instrument panel, lights, flashing led's map light and 12 volt power. Callsign and name printed on fuselage. Entry/Exit door. Unit needs to be on wheels. Pentium 200MMX Computer, Fighter joystick, fighter throttle control and rudder controls., System needs to work with flight simulator software for PC, System shall have at least three (3) games installed and fully networked. LINE ITEM 0002: Stand Up Virtual Reality System. Quantity: 4 Unit of Issue: EA. Stand up system will consist of headgear, hand held controller, joystick,, Pentium 166 Computer, with one game installed and available to be upgraded to 50 or more games. System will be fully networked. LINE ITEM 0003: Steering Wheel System. Quantity: 2 Unit of Issue: EA. Steering wheel with gas and brake pedals to be installed. LINE ITEM 0004: Software, Network Hub, and Network cables for the above systems. Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: PG. Software, Network Hub, and Network cables are to be provided and installed for the above systems. LINE ITEM 0005 Training, Installation, and Service. Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: JB. Vendor is to provide full installation and configuring of system at Howard Youth Center. Vendor will provide training to 3 persons at Howard AFB on the operation and maintenance of all systems above. Vendor will provide a period of 1 year of services to include repair and replacement of any item, phone technical support. NOTE: There is no Government Billeting available. Delivery: 30 days or sooner. FOB: Destination New Cumberland, PA. Final Destination: Howard AFB Panama. Vendors shall provide the following information with their quotes: Technical Brochures of their systems, Cage Codes, DUNS Number, TIN Number, Business Size, Cubic Feet, Number of Units, Total Weight of shipment.
