FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire continued lease and maintenance of the Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) located at NAS Dallas. This acquisition will result in a firm fixed price contract with Lucent Technologies. The lease/maintenance will be required for a period of four (4) months beginning on 01 Oct 97, with an option period of an additional four (4) months. The Government intends to solicit on an other than full and open competition basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements," with Lucent Technologies, 8403 Colesville Road, Silver Spring, MD 20910, the company which owns the CPE at the various buildings at NAS Dallas.
