The helicopters with maintenance records are located at Wright-Patterson AFB OH Helicopters will be exchanged with the party offering the highest dollar value exchange proposal on each individual helicopter. Proposals must be received no later than 18 Aug 97 at 1500 hours. Helicopters and maintenance records will be available for inspection on 4-5 Aug 97.
