The contractor shall use the plans and specifications providing site demolition, earthwork, concrete, asphalt, masonry, rough carpentry, wood framing, asphalt shingle roofing, metal soffit and fascia, doors and frames, windows, hardware, interior finishes, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and lighting. The estimated cost range is $750,000 to $800,000. The performance period is 240 calendar days from date of issuance of notice to proceed.
