The Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC), 808 Union Street, San Diego, California, is soliciting for the rental of 100 paved/covered parking spaces with 40 candle light power in all areas of parking. Parking spaces to be located within 4 city blocks (approx 1/3 mile) of the MCC. Contractor must provide 24-hour security and 24 hour access for MCC staff to the parking areas. Services will be required for a one year base period, with four-one (1) year option periods for a total of sixth months from the date of award.
