France, Contracting Officer (202) 745-8660 Contractor shall provide maintenance of the dialysis treatment system located at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 50 Irving Street NW, Washington DC 20422 for the period of 10/1/97 thru 9/30/98 with two (1) year renewal options, subject to the availability of funds. Work consists of maintenance of multi media filters, water softeners, reverse osmosis system, complete dialysis water analysis, bacteria analysis, monthly on-site visits of review operator log book(s), analysis of feed water to system, inspection and recording of service and performance. Contractor will be required to replace expendables, sanitize reverse osmosis membranes and provide training of appropriate VA employees on theory, operation and maintenance of equipment.
