notification is being circulated in accordance with Article 10.6.

1997 Preliminary Breath Test Regulation. 6. Description of content: The
Draft Regulation lays down the requirements which breath analysing
appliances must satisfy for the carrying out of routine checks on road
users. In addition, the types of breath test tubs and breath testing
appliances to be used are designated in an appurtenant decree of the
Forensic Laboratory. 7. Objective and rationale: The purpose of the
draft Regulation is to impose uniform conditions in respect of breath
analysing appliances used for routine checks for drinking-driving. 8.
