The contractor will complete the program information system and provide CD-media ARC-INFO (DXF Format) as well hard copies. The projection system that the data will be stored in, will be provided and the delivered line format will match the BLM Wyoming GIS platform format (ARC-INFO-UNIX) based system. Database Specification Thenes: roads; pipelines; well locations; landmarks; historic trails; and processing plants. In order to derive maximum benefit from the created coverage and maintain accurate line/road registration, the data will be controlled by GPS coordinates within section corners. The data that was tied to section corners in AutoCad will be GCDB derived. Roads captured with GPS equipment will maintain their original (pre-AutoCad conversion) positional accuracy. The data will be graphically edited in an AutoCad environment and then tranferred to an ARC INFO formatted data base. The data inserted from the 7.5 minute coverage or other sources will be in the same file formats as the GPS derived data.
