Z -- REQUIREMENTS-TYPE CONTRACT FOR REPAIR OF BASEMENT LEAKS IN FAMILY HOUSING AREAS, FORT KNOX, KY SOL DABT23-97-B-0086 DUE 082997 POC Contract Specialist Terri Corbett (502) 624-3674 (Site Code DABT23) Furnish all material, equipment and labor to perform tasks under requirements-type contract to repair basement leaks in Family Housing areas, Fort Knox, Kentucky during the period 1 September 1997 through 31 August 1998 with one one-year option period. Work to be performed includes, but not limited to, install baseboard drainage system, install sump pump, install perforated pipe under existing concrete floor slab, seal cracks, modify existing piping, install stormwater drain line. The estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This procurement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 29 July 1997. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first- come, first-serve basis.
