This is a correction to the previous synopsis posted on July 08, 1997 for a " SERVICE CONTRACT ON JEOL ELECTRON MICROSCOPES".The U.S. EPA in Cincinnati is seeking a qualified contractor to supply a three year service contract for a Jeol 1200 Transmission Electron Microscope, a Jeol 1000x Transmission Electron Microscope, a Jeol 5300 Scanning Electron Microscope, and the Jeol accessories and the software in conjunction with them. This procurement will be processed using full and open competition under FAR Part 13 (simplified acquisition procedures). The SIC is 7699. It is anticipated that request for quotations shall be issued on 07/24/97, with quotes due on COB 07/31/97.
