Pre-Solicitation Notice -- IFB N68711-97-B-7343, Part A: Seismic Repairs/Renovations, Bldgs. 1508, 1559, 1601, & 1602 (TP-9704M) and Part B: Replace HVAC System, Bldg. 1559 (R12-93) -- The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and supervision for Part A: Construction of seismic strengthening and renovations for four buildings. Work includes construction of reinforced concrete infill at some window openings in exterior walls; removal of some existing doors, suspended acoustical ceilings, and windows and installation of new doors, and windows; removal and replacement of existing roofing and flashing; addition of new steel and epoxy adhesive anchor bolt connections between existing precast concrete roof panels.
