NOTICE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC/ELECTRONIC DIGITAL IMAGING PRODUCTS COMMERCIAL AGREEMENTS. SPECIAL NOTICE: SUBJECT: Notice of Photographic / Electronic Digital Imaging Products and Commercial Agreements DESCRIPTION: DISC is soliciting standing quotations for long term commercial agreements with suppliers of Photographic & Electronic Digital Imaging Products and Services. These agreements will be issued to provide our customers with the widest range of commercial brand name specific products and services available. Commercial agreements will be written for all items associated with imagery production that are not awarded under existing Photographic Industry Contract administered by DISC. DISC's goal is to provide our customer a quality product, a faster delivery and a variety of choice to order exactly what they want with the ease of one stop shopping. We are soliciting standing quotations from suppliers who will offer their complete commercial product line in the form of an electronic catalog and price list. Formatted in Microsoft office software -- access or excel. A supplier that offers price, service and quality comparable to commercial practices, commercial warranties, delivery to customers within a commercially acceptable timeframe, provide innovative solutions to support our customers and be authorized to prescribe a manufactures product line would be an ideal candidate for these agreements.
