Provide Ultrasound services for the Federal Correctional Institution, Dublin, CA on a non-personal services contractual basis. The contractor will provide the services during sessions scheduled on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. Sessions run from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Approximately eight (8) patients (tests) will be scheduled per session. This will be a Requirements type contract. There will be an estimated 192 Tests (patients) annually. Contractor will provide a price per Test. Payment will be made per Test. Contractor must be a certified technician. The Ultrasound services to include interpretation by a board certified radiologist. Contractor will supply Ultrasound unit and related supplies. Will provide one Pharmacist for each Schedule. No person may work more than 30 hours per week in the performance of this contract. The solicitation, number RFQ 122-0054-7, will be available on or about July 30, 1997, with a tentative closing date of August 13,1997.
